Sri Lanka Transport Board launches special bus services!
Sri Lanka Transport Board Superintendent Indika Chandimal said that special bus services have been launched for the benefit of passengers during the Christmas holiday season.
He said that special bus services have been launched from the Central Bus Stand and the Makumbura Multimodal Centre in Kottawa to all remote areas, especially for people traveling long distances.
He also said that adequate bus services have been launched from the Makumbura Multimodal Centre for the benefit of those traveling to the Southern Province and that buses are planned to operate both during the day and night.
He also said that an additional 500 buses have been put into service to transport people from depots outside the city to Colombo.
