Are you ready to resign? – Namal
Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa has responded to the shortcomings in the law exam and said that the exam should be re-conducted.
A few minutes ago, Namal Rajapaksa made this comment while responding to questions raised by Minister of Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development Wasantha Samarasinghe.
He said:
“This insult was not directed against me, but at the entire legal system. Therefore, an investigation should be conducted immediately,” he urged the Minister of Justice.
Namal Rajapaksa also threatened, “If it is proven that I wrote the exam before me alone, I will leave the House. However, if it cannot be proven, Wasantha Samarasinghe should resign from his ministerial position.”
