A different pledge to be given by civil servants in 2025!
Reports indicate that the pledge to be given by civil servants when they begin their duties on January 1, 2025, will be different this time.
A senior official in the President’s Office has stated that the pledge will be given this time in connection with the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project to be implemented by the government.
With the aim of solving today’s problems, the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project is planned to be implemented in various dimensions with new projects such as creating a healthy environment, eliminating bribery and corruption, and digitalization.
Under this, the program will be officially launched on January 1 under the leadership of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, the official said.
Furthermore, it is said that when the officials of the Presidential Office and civil servants take their pledge, a pledge will also be included to properly implement the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project.
The official said that in the first phase, opinions from all parties will be sought to create awareness about the ‘Clean Sri Lanka‘ project and to implement it more effectively.
