New US findings: Shock Russia
The US has expressed suspicion that Russia may have been responsible for the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash that killed 38 people.
In this situation, White House spokesman John Kirby announced that initial clues related to the crash have been found.
He also said that the US is assisting in the investigation into the crash, but did not release any other information.
Some US media outlets have reported that the US has seized evidence that is sacred to the photos of the plane that have been circulating on social media.
Aviation experts suspect that the plane’s GPS system was affected by electronic jamming by the Russian air defense system.
However, Azerbaijan has not made any accusations against Russia. At the same time, the country’s Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev has said that the plane was affected by an external attack.
