Arrest warrant for the voice of the voiceless!
The Jaffna Court has issued a warrant to M. Komagan, the activist of Voice of the Voiceless Organization.
To learn more about this,
President Ranil Wickremesinghe visited Jaffna for Thai Pongal event last year. During this, a protest was carried out against his visit. A warrant was issued for participating in that protest.
According to M. Komagan,
I have not been served with any summons yet. But I was informed that a case has been filed against me in court and my name will be called during the proceedings. So a warrant was issued for me.
So I will appear in the forum as a legal representative, he said.
