3 people who gang-raped the girl arrested
Megoda police have arrested three people who abused a 12-year-old Megoda school girl.
It is reported that his close relatives, father and son, and a young man from the neighborhood have also been arrested in Meekoda, Kalvalamulla area.
It has been revealed from the initial investigations of the police that this incident took place in December last year and that the said girl has been hiding it.
However, the girl told her mother everything and following the mother’s complaint to the police, the trio were arrested.
