Scholarship Cut-off Marks Released – School Ranked First in Jaffna

The results of the Grade Five Scholarship Examination for the year 2024 were released by the Department of Examinations yesterday (23 January 2025).

Based on the district-wise cut-off marks of the examination, the maximum cut-off mark has been set at 143 and the minimum cut-off mark has been set at 130. The cut-off mark for Jaffna district has been set at 139.

The department has announced that the examination results can be viewed on the website www.doenets.lk.

Following this, in the Jaffna district, Parameswaran Prasodhan, a student of Jaffna Hindu Primary School, has secured the first position by scoring 186 points. Similarly, a student of Jaffna John Bosco School has secured the second position in the district by scoring 185 points.
