Protest in Jaffna demanding justice for brutal murder of Mannar girl..!
A peaceful protest was held in front of the Mannar magistrate court today morning (19) demanding justice for the death of a girl who was raped and murdered in Thalaimannar village area of Mannar.
The general public of Thalaimannar village were protesting demanding a fair and speedy justice for the girl’s death and demanding a panel of special judges to investigate the case.
It is reported that they participated in the peaceful protest carrying placards with various slogans such as give justice to the victim girl, appoint a special investigation police team, protect children as if they were alive, stop online sexual abuse, and protect our children.
