Not satisfied with A/L exam; Jaffna student’s unexpected result..!
The incident of a Jaffna student who died after taking an unexpected result while not satisfied with the A/L exam has caused sadness.
More information has been released regarding this incident. A student who studied at a famous school in Tellipalayam had failed the G.C.E. Advanced Level exam held this time.
When the day before yesterday (30) after completing the exam, the student came home and told her parents that she was not satisfied with the exam result and was worried. Later, when her father went out, he made a wrong decision and died at home.
It has also been revealed that this student had obtained 7A 2B marks in the G.C.E. Ordinary Level exam.
Following this, her body was examined by the Coroner A. Jayawalasingham and handed over to the relatives after the autopsy.
