Lebanon on fire! Sri Lankan woman injured! 254 people killed
The series of attacks carried out by Israel on Lebanon yesterday (08.04.2026) have shocked the world. In these barrage of attacks, 254 people have been killed so far.
Lebanese health authorities have confirmed that more than 1,165 people have been seriously injured.
The Sri Lankan Embassy in Beirut has officially announced that a Sri Lankan woman who was staying in Lebanon during this horrific attack has been injured.
The embassy has confirmed that she fortunately escaped with minor injuries and is currently in a safe place.
The embassy is continuously monitoring the safety of other Sri Lankans in Lebanon.
