Clean Sri Lanka Initiative in Jaffna – Police Take Action
The nationwide “Clean Sri Lanka” initiative, aimed at cleaning and beautifying the country, is being carried out across the nation.
Today (06), under the supervision of the Officer-in-Charge of the Sunnakam Police Station, a police team conducted the “Clean Sri Lanka” operation in the Sunnakam town area.
During the operation, individuals driving vehicles without helmets were given warnings. Similarly, street vendors engaging in illegal activities, those decorating vehicles with unnecessary embellishments, and those displaying commercial signage on roads were all issued notices to rectify their actions.
