It is reported that a young man in Jaffna died after making an unexpected decision yesterday (23).
In the incident, Suresh Sivagalaksan, an 18-year-old youth from Karavetti West, hanged himself at his home.
The body has been kept at the Pedro Base Hospital for an autopsy.
