Another Exam Paper Leak
It has been confirmed that the Sinhala literature question paper for the 11th grade semester exam in the Northern Central Province was leaked and circulated on social media platforms.
As a result, the final exam scheduled for today (06) has been postponed, according to the Secretary of the Northern Central Provincial Education and Chief Minister’s Ministry, Mr. Sirimevan Dharmasena.
Accordingly, the distribution of the question paper for over 600 schools in 30 divisions across 8 zones, which was to take place at around 8:00 AM today, has been halted.
At the same time, the exam has been temporarily suspended, and a new question paper will be issued, Mr. Sirimevan Dharmasena added.
A complaint has been filed at the Anuradhapura Police Headquarters regarding the incident, and an investigation is underway to determine how the malpractice occurred.
