Earthquake in Myanmar; 5.1 on the Richter scale
The National Seismological Center has announced that an earthquake has occurred in Myanmar at 10.02 am (Indian time) today. The earthquake has been reported to be registered as 5.1 on the Richter scale.
The earthquake was initially reported to have occurred at a depth of 127 kilometers and was located between 24.92 degrees north latitude and 94.97 degrees east longitude.
No information has been released on the damages and impacts caused by this earthquake. It is noteworthy that earlier, a 4.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Myanmar on the 14th of last month.
