Launching of Technical Guidebook – Northern Governor graced the occasion
The launch ceremony of the technical manual was held today in Jaffna.
Jaffna – The event was organized by the Northern Province Sri Lanka Technical Service Association at the Northern Provincial Assembly Secretariat Auditorium in Kaithadi.
Northern Province Governor B.S.M. Charles, Principal Secretary J.M. Saman Pathulasena, Northern Province Engineering Services Former Deputy Principal Secretary So. Shanmuganandan, Northern Province Buildings Department were present on the occasion. Former Provincial Director S. Mohanadevan and many others were present.
